The Access Bridge has now partnered with Just IT who has now trained thousands of candidates, starting their journey into IT, Digital and Development. Our Skills Bootcamps blend key IT, Development & Data expertise with the soft and technical skills required to succeed in the modern tech industry.

Each year, Just IT place hundreds of young people into tech apprenticeships. Alongside paid employment, apprentices work with our training and career support teams gaining the certifications and skills that shape their future careers. We’re proud that over 80% of our apprentices move into a full-time position.

Our recruiters know the tech industry. They understand what clients require and how to meet these needs. The result is clients and candidates that keep coming back to us. Many of our candidates have come through our training programmes, so we know they have the skills needed by employers.
